The structure comprises ten distinct blocks, interconnected by internal corridors for seamless passage between pavilions.
An energy redevelopment project prioritized installing a ventilated facade to significantly enhance the building’s thermal efficiency. This intervention reduces energy costs and improves interior thermal comfort.
High-performance building envelope was achieved by applying thermal insulation with optimal properties, protecting interior environments from climatic variations and maintaining ideal temperatures.
In addition to energy efficiency enhancements, seismic performance improvements have been made to reinforced concrete structures.
All these interventions together, ensure enhanced user safety and the building’s long-term durability.
