The modern building utilizes innovative and eco-friendly materials, such as certified glulam (glue-laminated timber) and integrated photovoltaic panels, ensuring minimal environmental impact and high energy efficiency.
The facades feature a double-skin system that optimizes thermal and acoustic insulation, improving the comfort of the interior spaces. Furthermore, the building employs smart technologies for the automated management of lighting and climate control, enabling efficient resource control and reducing energy consumption.
The interiors are designed to foster collaboration and creativity, with flexible and modular spaces that can be adapted to different work needs.
