The Flying Home residences project aims to construct fully energy self-sufficient architectural structures, prioritizing energy conservation and delivering high living comfort.
The complex includes two towers, nine and eight storeys respectively, designed to house sixteen and fourteen apartments.
Building upon a common layout, these apartments are customized on each floor to meet individual client needs, resulting in apartment of different sizes.
The towers are shaped through the subtraction of sections from initial solid volumes, rather than the addition of elements.
This design reinterprets an urban edge, crucial for future infrastructural development, dealing with the specific demands of contemporary living.
The “wings” – the building’s crowning elements – serve as roofs for two panoramic terraces, offering a space for architectural and technological innovation.
